Jianruiying Martial Arts Hall, also known as Tuancheng Martial Arts Hall, is located southeast of the foot of Xiangshan Mountain in Haidian District, Beijing. Founded in the 14th year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty (1749), it is the only unique group of city style military buildings remaining in Beijing. It was the place where the Qing Emperor trained and reviewed the Eight Banners soldiers.

The city is elliptical in shape, with an east-west diameter of 50.2 meters and a north-south diameter of 40 meters. The city is 11 meters high and 5 meters wide, and there are two city towers on the north and south sides of the city. The city wall is built with blue bricks, arched and rolled door openings, with a jade gate on top, a "Weixuan Barrier" carved on the south, and a "Zhi Yu Jin Tang" carved on the north, all of which were written by Emperor Qianlong. The city is covered with green bricks and plastered floors, which are exceptionally wide. There are three pillars of service rooms in the east and west. The east and west city walls each had a horse path that could reach the top of the city, which was an important venue for military parades at that time.
